Friday I went to the library again to pick up another hold and I discovered there was also a new issue of Fine Homebuilding magazine available. I flipped through it and found an article about installing engineered flooring over cement. This magazine is really cool for homeowners who work on their houses or hire people and like to better understand how things should go.
