We have a new sewer main

Last week while Benjamin and I were in Leavenworth, Todd the Plumber replaced our sewer main and installed a French drain and tight-line system for gutter runoff. As part of that he also removed our huge Cypress tree. It's good to have this done, even though it isn't glamorous. It was time and the drainage should help protect our recently-refinished basement. Now, the next job ahead of us is landscaping to replace the tree and Juniper bushes, as well as get the grass back in shape and do some other pruning that was needed aside from this.
